Aish St. Louis is delighted to welcome to the St. Louis community Rabbi Jeffrey & Sarita Balaban & family at an inspiring Shabbat Family Dinner filled with delicious food, homemade challah, meaningful conversation, new friendships, and plenty of l’chaim’s. Together with their four children, they are excited to begin this new chapter and look forward to building meaningful relationships with young families throughout the community.

Rabbi Jeff’s Jewish journey began in an interfaith family, where he developed a deep love for Judaism that continues to inspire his work today. Originally from Colorado, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether hiking, mountain biking, or playing football with friends.

Sarita, who grew up in Los Angeles, is passionate about creating warm and welcoming Jewish experiences. She loves cooking, hosting, and bringing people together around her Shabbat table. When she’s not busy raising their four children, she enjoys traveling and spending time in nature.
